| The #3 steam locomotive was the built by Kusuki Seisakujo in Japan. It was worked in Keelung coal mining of Taiwan. The Rasu Chijin Tetsudo Kyokai said it was built in 1930. However, Mr. Y.Okita's book "The Locomotive built list" is said that it was built 1941. Mr. Y. Okita wrote the book called "The locomotive production ledger". In this book he said it was built in 1927 or 1930. |
