The BK10 is the same class of Japan National Railway's 500 or 600 class. From 1901 to 1908, by the Nasmyth Wilson, Robert Stepnson, North British (Britain) and Kisha-Seizo (Japan) was built 20 cars of this class. This class was built by 4 companies, there are a little difference. However, this group was summarized to one class name. The First built steam locomotive in Kisha-Seizo is this class. However, the #1 locomotive of Kisha-Seizo did not arrive at Taiwan with a marine disaster. Now the BK24 (built by Kisha) is preserved in the National ChengKung Univ.
